Understanding Your Insurance Benefits

When you arrive, please provide us with your insurance card. Our experienced front desk team will make a copy and verify the chiropractic and massage therapy benefits your insurance provides.

Please Note: While we diligently strive to ensure accuracy in verifying your benefits, discrepancies in insurance payments can occur due to changes in policies or errors in eligibility information from insurance providers. Initial Examination

After a brief video introduction and basic vitals check, one of our skilled chiropractors will conduct a comprehensive examination focusing on:

• Orthopedic tests
• Range of motion assessments
• Reflex checks
• Strength evaluations

X-rays: Depending on your condition, x-rays may be taken to further assess your needs. The doctor will either discuss these with you immediately or schedule a follow-up consultation.

Referral

Whether chiropractic care fully addresses your needs or if you require additional care beyond our scope, we are dedicated to your overall health and wellness. Accordingly, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist or practitioner to ensure you receive comprehensive care tailored to your condition.

Treatment

Often, you'll be able to receive your first adjustment on the same day as your examination. Throughout your treatment, we may recommend exercises, stretches, or coordinate with other specialists. Additionally, appointments with our skilled massage therapists are available, complementing your chiropractic care for a holistic treatment approach.
